OPEN level classes feature flowing Vinyasa sequences, breath awareness, hands-on alignment, spiritual teachings, music and meditation.

BASICS
is for anyone who is new to yoga or who desires a slower paced class. Emphasis is placed learning the fundamentals and a deeper understanding of the postures.

ANATOMY SESSIONS For all students and teachers of yoga. This hour long class will focus on a different aspect of yoga anatomy each week. Class is taught in Jonathan's accessible and lighthearted style--designed to create an easy atmosphere for learning.

COOL FLOW this moderate paced class incorporates both basic and challenging variations of the yoga asanas to accomodate long time practioners as well as those that are new to yoga. The focus is on alignment and breath to move fully but calm flow.

PRENATAL YOGA When practiced with guidance, care and awareness, Prenatal Yoga can relieve many common discomforts such as back and hip pain, muscle stiffness, leg cramps, sciatica and varicose veins. Circulation, digestion and elimination are improved. Many women find they sleep better and are more able to find balance amidst physical, hormonal and emotional changes that come with pregnancy.Our classes include a balanced flow of movement, breath, relaxation and meditation which you will be guided through with the utmost care. You will learn to connect to breath to energize and calm both body and mind. Deep relaxation and meditation will help you connect more deeply with your own inner wisdom and developing baby. Many of the postures, movements and breathing practices we do in our classes are natural to labor. For women at all stages of pregnancy.

BABY & ME Come enjoy gentle stretching, toning and a few deep breaths in the company of other mothers and babies. In this peaceful environment you will enjoy an invigorating and deeply restorative Yoga practice and find playful ways to encorporate your baby into your practice. Class will include basic baby massage. Bring a receiving blanket for your baby. For moms with babes from birth to walking.

KIRTAN Known in India as kirtan (Sanskrit for devotional chanting), the call-and-response, rhythmic quality of these melodies kindles a joyful mood and can lead to profound states of deep meditation. In India, kirtan is accepted as one of the surest paths to enlightenment.
