The FGM Core Walking Program teaches a natural walking technique that helps align your bones, free your joints and bring welcome relief to overused muscles. When the body moves as it is designed to, all parts work in harmony. Using the FitzGordon Method, we train you to bring your body into the state of balance that is individual, and healing, to you.

In this workshop, learn to:
**Maintain more energy and diminish muscle fatigue
**Banish lower back and other joint pain
**Build core strength just by walking correctly
**Cultivate a healthier response to stress

MAMA PRACTICE

This is a new offering created by Amanda and Lesley. During pregnancy, and often for awhile after the baby is born, it can be hard to find time to attend yoga classes regularly. Babysitters, schedules, physical and emotional adjustment to pregnancy and recovery after pregnancy can all stand in the way of regularity. This regularity of your own yoga practice is, however, one of the best things that you can do for yourself and your child.

Recognizing these obstacles and more, we created 'Mama Practice'.

On Thursday afternoons beginning November 3rd from 11:00 - 12:30pm, Prema Yoga will be open for all Mamas and Mamas-to -be to enjoy moments of self practice, whether your child is in utero, with you on the mat or in school or home. You can practice for a half hour or for the entire one and a half hours. If the baby is sleeping, you are welcome to bring him/her in the stroller and put the stroller next to your mat! If your baby is awake, they can lay out on a blanket and watch, or practice crawling around all within safe non judgmental surroundings. This is your time.

Amanda, Lesley or another senior Prema teacher will be present during the practice time to give adjustments, offer sequence and pose suggestions as well as any other pre or post natal advice you may need. __________________________________________________________________________
